Position: Print Finisher
Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per annum plus 12% Superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full Time
Location: 14/ 22 - 24 Beaumont Rd, Mt Kuring Gai NSW 2080

The business specialises in high-volume mail campaigns, catalogue distribution, and personalised print services, supporting over 700 local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operating Finishing Machinery: Safely operate binding, cutting, folding, and laminating equipment according to production requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect all finished products for precision, alignment and consistency.
- Folding & Collating: Accurately fold and assemble printed materials in the correct sequence.
- Special Finishes & Assembly: Apply special finishes and assemble complex print products, including point of sale displays and packaging.
- Packaging: Prepare and pack printed products for safe dispatch, selecting appropriate protective materials
- Inventory of Print Materials: Monitor, store, and replenish consumables for finishing operations.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational checks on finishing machinery to minimise downtime.
- Coordination with the Production Team: Ensure smooth workflow between printing, finishing, and dispatch operations.
- Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to production staff and 3PL team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- AQF Certificate III in Printing and Graphic Arts (or equivalent), including relevant on-the-job training; or
- AQF Certificate IV in Printing and Graphic Arts (or closely related field); or
- A minimum of three (3) years of full-time relevant experience in print finishing and post-press production in lieu of formal qualification.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a print finishing role
- Strong knowledge of print finishing equipment, workflow, and production processes.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work safely and maintain high quality standards.
