Position: Sous Chef
Salary: $76,515 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week

The Sous Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with menu specifications while ensuring all dishes are prepared to order and meet established quality standards.

The role involves managing and overseeing stock ordering and inventory control to ensure efficient kitchen
operations.

The Sous Chef will train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting consistency, efficiency, and teamwork within the kitchen. Compliance with all food health and safety regulations is essential, along with maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

Experience and Qualifications include a mandatory Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a minimum of one year's experience working as a chef.

Other Requirements include availability to work weekends and on a rotating roster, the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork skills with a cooperative and professional attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality food and service
