Our Client JSDN GROUP PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Retail Manager (General) to join their team located in Shortland NSW 2307.
Responsibilities
- Promoting and marketing the business's products and services.
- Assisting customers with purchases and providing guidance on product usage.
- Assessing product selection, inventory quantities, and service quality standards.
- Developing and executing purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions.
- Keeping accurate records of inventory and financial activities.
- Managing and preparing budgets for the business.
- Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and performance.
- Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating and managing the overall operations of a retail business.
