Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum plus 12% Superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week

Location: Maroochydore, QLD
Cotton Tree Beach Bar is looking for a qualified and experienced Chef to work and be part of their team.
Duties:
- Designing new recipes, planning menus based on seasonal ingredients and estimate food requirements
- Coordinating kitchen staff tasks
- Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Must know how to cook different International Cuisines
- Ensure that food comes simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Prepare and cook food for service from lunch and dinner
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food and sure the highest standards are met
- Maintain high level of hygiene and safety for both food and equipment
- Control stock levels and stock orders as required
- May train other kitchen staff and apprentices
- Answer, report and follow owners' instructions
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to handle work under pressure
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
A remuneration package between $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year plus superannuation.
