Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers is looking for a Urea Solid Handling Operator to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Urea Solid Handling systems from production discharge through storage, reclaiming, and ship loading operations. The Operator will monitor and operate conveying systems, storage shed stacking & reclaiming systems, and ship loading arms, ensuring a high standard of safety, environmental compliance, product quality, and equipment integrity.

Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Certificate III/IV, Trade Qualification, or Diploma in Process Plant, Bulk Handling, Mechanical/Electrical trade (advantage).
- Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in bulk solids handling such as urea, grain, coal, minerals, iron ore, or bauxite.
- Experience with stacker/reclaimers, long-distance conveyors, and ship/port loading systems.
- Strong understanding of bulk flow and dust management.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, conveyor flow diagrams, SOPs, and work permits.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and computer literacy.
- General day shift, rostered shift work during campaigns.
- Work at height, confined space, and dusty outdoor conditions at times.
