- Operations Management: Overseeing daily opening/closing procedures, ensuring equipment maintenance, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
- Staff Management: Recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and supervising baristas and service staff.
- Customer Service & Experience: Ensuring high-quality food and drink service, handling complaints, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial & Inventory Management: Ordering supplies, controlling inventory, managing budgets, and increasing profitability through cost management (waste reduction, portion control).
- Menu & Promotion Planning: Updating menus based on trends and costs, and developing marketing initiatives
