Position: Chef/Cook
Salary: A$76,515.00 - A$80,000.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week

Experience required: Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a chef or cook

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast/lunch menu items
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards
  • Assist with prep and ensure freshness and consistency
  • Work efficiently during peak service periods
  • Training junior kitchen staffs
  • Assist in planning and designing menus and specials
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a chef or cook in a busy kitchen
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Reliable, organised, and able to handle pressure
