Position: Contract Administrator
Salary: $79,423 to $110,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week

Rolld Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator/Co-Ordinator (Franchise Development) to join the team.
Summary of the role: Responsible for managing the end-to-end franchise development process from franchise enquiry through to store opening handover. This role acts
as the central coordinator between prospective Franchise Partners, existing Franchise Partners, legal representatives, landlords, property, design and construction, operations and internal support teams to ensure every franchise transaction is completed efficiently, professionally and in compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct.
Some of the main duties include:
- Prepare, review and administer franchisee contracts.
- Monitor contract performance, milestones and deliverables to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Liaise with clients, partners and Managers regarding contractual requirements and project outcomes.
- Prepare and negotiate contract variations, extensions of time, claims and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence and project documentation.
- Assist with procurement activities and subcontract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the complete franchise development process from enquiry through to executed franchise agreement.
- Coordinate all franchise documentation for new stores, transfers, renewals, extensions, closures and other franchise transactions.
- Ensure all franchise agreements are instructed, disclosed, executed and completed within required legal timeframes.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and Franchise Partners throughout the legal process.
- Prepare franchise information packs, financial information and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate all lease documentation relating to new stores, transfers, renewals and lease variations.
- Liaise with landlords, shopping centre management and legal representatives throughout lease documentation process.
- Coordinate execution of ancillary documentation including:
- Bank Guarantees
- Public Liability Insurance
- Landlord documentation
- Deeds
- Lease schedules
- Monitor key legal milestones to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain record of lease commercial terms and documentation.
Relevant experience and qualification:
- Minimum AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience as a Contract Administrator.
- Strong contract administration and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational ability.
