Zhangliang SpicyHot Pot is looking for a Cook to join our team based in Northbridge Perth WA on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian spicy food
- Develop and create dishes while maintaining the authenticity oftraditional recipes.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth andefficient workflow.
- Keep up to date with the latest food trends and incorporateinnovative ideas into the menu.
- Maintain clean workspace, equipment & storage areas
- Providing training to other kitchen staff and apprentices
- Preparing meals to accommodate specific dietary needs,including menu planning and food quantity estimation.
- Maintain HACCP records
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a cook specializing inAsian Cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Asian culinary techniques, ingredients,and flavours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multipletasks simultaneously.
- Creativity and passion for experimenting with new dishes whilerespecting the authenticity of traditional recipes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in reputable Asian restaurants.
