Position: Management Consultant
Salary: $79,423 to $100,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week

Roll'd Australia Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Business (Management) Consultant to join their team.
Summary: Collecting, Organising, and Interpreting Quantifiable Demographic & Financial Data using statistical methodologies to produce reports and analyses to assist the business with decision-making on new and current properties.
Duties: Reporting to the Head of Property, the Business (Management) Consultant will be responsible for assisting the property team & stakeholders within the business in providing statistical reports on new sites, the current stores portfolio, and new business opportunities.
The core responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:
Liaises with Franchisees to conduct analysis and develop performance standards for all manager tasks, crew stations & maintenance. Conducts management meetings, crew opinion surveys and communication sessions.
Provides recommendations and strategies for developing recruitment and retention plans.
Sales
Evaluates and prepares recommendations to ensure critical standards for service, speed and quality are maintained at all times.
Reviews changes in volume patterns and promotional activities to ensure operational standards are maintained.
Profit
Is accountable for the profit results of the restaurant.
Accurately assists with projects and controls all P&L fine items.
Projects and reconciles monthly P&L, identifying profit opportunities.
Creates long-term objectives and action plans for profit.
Workplace Safety/Security
Through consultation, reviews and develops workplace safety policies and procedures
Collecting data from investigations of incidents in the restaurant for analysis
Administration
Ensures that all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
Maintains periodic reporting on progress
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of full-time work experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the application of statistical data management.
- Experience in the development and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures relevant to the management and implementation of significant data.
