Position: Office Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full-time

Global Enterprising Pty Ltd, trading as Solar 4 Life, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Based in a fast-paced renewable energy business, this role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our office while supporting the administration, customer service, sales, and project teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys coordinating business operations and contributing to the continued growth of a leading solar solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficient workflow and business continuity.
  • Develop and implement office procedures that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, allocate workloads, and monitor performance to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate business records, office documentation, and administrative systems.
  • Coordinate communication between management, sales consultants, installers, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth project administration.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, project documentation, and administrative support for solar installation activities.
  • Monitor office resources, arrange maintenance of office equipment, and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Support recruitment, staff onboarding, leave administration, payroll coordination, and personnel record management.
  • Assist management with budgeting, invoice processing, and monitoring administrative expenditure.
  • Ensure office operations comply with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, and relevant legislative obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office systems, administrative processes, and customer service outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents as required by management.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative management role.
Skills and Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience managing office operations within a busy business environment.
  • Previous experience in the construction, electrical, renewable energy, or trade services industry will be highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong administrative, record management, and document control abilities.
  • Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business management software.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety and office compliance requirements.
