Position: Painter

Salary: $80,000 and $90,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation.

Hours: 38 hours per week

Location: Brisbane and Gold Coast

Allsafe Access Property Maintenance Pty Ltd require Painters on a full time basis to work on the Gold Coast and Brisbane region.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, or applying various pre-treatments as necessary.
• Applying weatherproofing coatings to exterior surfaces to protect against the elements.
• Applying primer to surfaces before painting to enhance adhesion and durability of the paint.
• Applying paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve desired finish and coverage.
• Utilise rope access methods including rigging, descending, ascending, and positioning to access work areas at heights or difficult-to-reach locations.
• Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of all rope access and painting equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team, coordinating with other rope access technicians, painters, and supervisors.
• Inspect work after completion to ensure high-quality standards are met, including paint finish, coverage, and adherence to specifications.

Salary will be between $80,000 and $90,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation.

Must have at least 3 years experience as a Painter and IRATA qualification.
