Position: Restaurant Manager
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum plus superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full time / Permanent
Location: Scarborough, Perth, WA
We're locally based owner-operators with 30+ years of combined industry experience and a genuine passion for great food, wine and hospitality. Our vision is to create a relaxed yet refined coastal wine bar where the wine, service and people are the heart of the experience.
We're hiring for a Restaurant Manager, ideally with:
- Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for wine (Sommelier experience highly regarded)
- A desire to lead a venue where wine, community and connection matter
- A natural ability to build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences
- Hands-on leadership style with a positive, supportive approach
- The confidence to help shape service standards, systems and training
- Develop and guide our wine and beverage offering
- Deliver warm, welcoming and knowledgeable service that guests remember
- Recruit, train and mentor a passionate FOH team
- Build a community-focused culture grounded in respect, fun and high standards
