Position: Retail Manager

Salary: $79,423 to $90,000 per annum plus superannuation

Hours: 38 hours per week

Mode: Full time / Permanent

Location: South Australia

Roll'd Burnside (JVHT Investment Pty Ltd) is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their team in Glenside, SA.

• Organise and control the operations of the stores.
• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices
• Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
• Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Criteria:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• Retail management experience required - at least a year
