The Supervisor - Mechanical Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the mechanical maintenance activities for critical rotary and static equipment across the Ammonia, Urea, Offsites & Utilities, and Steam & Power Generation sections of the fertilizer plant. This includes managing teams of technicians, ensuring high standards of safety, operational reliability, and performance for equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and boilers. This role ensures that all mechanical systems are maintained in a safe, reliable, and cost-effective manner, adhering to maintenance schedules, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Supervisor will work closely with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices, enhance plant efficiency, and ensure minimal downtime.

Education/ Experience Requirements:
Experience:
- At least 16 - 20 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, with a strong focus on rotating and static equipment in industrial environments, preferably in fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical plants.
- Significant experience in supervising a team of technicians in a mechanical maintenance environment, preferably in a high-demand and safety-sensitive setting.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment such as turbines,
compressors, pumps, pressure vessels, boilers, and heat exchangers. - Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, utilizing tools like vibration analysis, thermography, and
lubrication testing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of technicians.
- Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including rotary and static equipment.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in mechanical maintenance.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
