Position: Supply And Distribution Manager

Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per annum plus superannuation

Hours: 38 hours per week

Mode: Full time / Permanent

Location: Mackay, Qld

All Metal Solutions is seeking an experienced, dedicated and qualified full-time Supply and Distribution Manager to join their dynamic team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation in accordance with established systems and processes of the All Metal Solutions Paget workshop. You'll work in a supportive environment where your contributions are recognised, and your growth is encouraged. You'll follow all safety procedures and guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe whilst maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

• Oversee the receipt, inspection and documentation of incoming stock and materials
• Ensure the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely picking and packing and dispatch of orders
• Implement and track performance metrics to improve efficiency, reduce errors and optimize workflow within the warehouse operations
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequately managed.
• Manage the safe and efficient use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring team adherence to safety protocols and best practices
• Ensured compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize workflows and meet deadlines
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all deliveries and collections, ensuring that goods are procured or distributed in a timely and cost effective manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating for better terms and ensuring the smooth procurement of specialized goods
• Manage the overall maintenance of warehouse and workshop facilities ensuring that light repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stores environment (preferred)
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current Drivers and Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Computer proficiency for inventory management
• A proactive approach with a strong commitment to workplace safety.

A remuneration package between $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
