Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers is looking for a Utilities & Offsites Field Operator & is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the power plant, utilities, and off-site processes within the Ammonia & Urea Fertilizers Plant. The role involves routine inspection, monitoring, and local operation of key utility systems, including HRSG, gas & steam turbines, compressors, cooling towers, and water treatment units, fuel handling (NG, HSD), effluent and flare systems to ensure uninterrupted power generation and utility support to process plants.

Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Power Engineering.
- 6-10 years of experience in utilities and power plant field operations in a continuous process industry (preferably fertilizer, petrochemical, or refinery)
- Experience with Siemens makes gas turbines and steam turbines an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ammonia/urea production support utilities is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of utility plant systems and processes (steam, power, air, water, etc.).
- Knowledge of safety procedures, PTW system, and equipment isolation.
- Ability to read P&IDs, SOPs, and technical documents.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a team.
- Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to World Scale operational Hazardous plant safety standards.
